Good news. It’s easier than you think.

After selecting your floor plan, elevation and other options, you’ll sign a contract and put down your deposit. Next, you’ll apply for a mortgage with one of our approved lenders or the lender of your choosing, who will provide us with a pre-qualification letter and prepare your loan package. Up next: the fun of personalizing your home with appliances, flooring and other selections. At a Homeowner's Orientation you’ll learn all about the functions of your home, then a Verification Inspection ensures that any defects identified during the Orientation have been corrected.

The closing will take place shortly after the Homebuyer Orientation. We’ll make every attempt to meet the targeted delivery date of a home, but be aware that production is sometimes slowed by weather delays, shortages in material and labor, and customer delays in responding to lender requests. Typically, you will have at least 28 days notice before closing to plan your move.
