At Wonderland Homes, we care about you and your clients—which is why we work so hard to build high-quality, comfortable homes. Caring means more than just talking about your client's satisfaction. It means living it, breathing it, taking it to heart. It means ensuring that everything we do revolves around you and your homebuyers.
To make the process as smooth as possible, we keep the channels of communication wide open. From start to finish, we help you keep your clients informed about the sale, construction, mortgage process, home delivery, closing date and warranty programs after your clients move in. Your New Home Consultant will be your constant source of communication with the company and will supply updates as needed. Your co-op commission is 2.8% of the base price or MLS price, and will be paid at closing. We prefer that you come with buyers on the first visit. However, if buyers acknowledge at registration that they are working with a broker, we will simply call the broker, who must accompany buyers at their next visit.
